What do we offer?

• We are a well-functioning healthcare center with fixed doctors and various specialist clinics.
• We offer good working conditions.
• We are located in pleasant premises about 6 km from Halmstad city center.
• The practice has about 7000 registered patients.

Our operations include doctor consultations, nurse/district nurse consultations, diabetes and asthma/COPD clinics. We have physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, psychologists, CBT therapists, and medical secretaries. We have our BVC called Grodan. We also take responsibility for a nursing home.

The work as a general specialist at our clinic involves the investigation and treatment of patients. We work systematically and structured with the aim of always offering our patients the best care. Visits can be both planned and urgent.

The role may also include supervision of medical students and AT/BT/ST doctors, as an important part of our mission is to educate tomorrow's healthcare professionals. With us, you will work closely with all professions at the clinic and you will be an important part of the ongoing improvement work and development of the operations.

We use the Cosmic journal system. It is an advantage if you have worked in this system before.

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for you who are a trained specialist in general medicine and have experience working in primary care.
• You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to see the operations from a holistic perspective with both the patient and the clinic in focus.
• You are stable, flexible, and adaptable to different situations and have an easy time collaborating.
• You need to have good communication skills to create good relationships with patients as well as colleagues. As a person, you are attentive to our patients' needs and your approach is professional and humble.
• It is an advantage if you have experience and/or interest in supervising AT/BT and ST doctors.
